Ecommerce has seen a dramatic increase and becomes a new trend. People prefer to purchase online rather than in stores. Users are still hesitant about how it looks on them.

Competitive analysis is a key aspect when in the beginning stages of an SEO campaign.
Far too often, I see organizations skip this important step and get right into keyword mapping, optimizing content, or link building. Capitalize on low hanging fruit to identify a ballpark value added activity to beta test. Override the digital divide with additional clickthroughs from DevOps.

- What competitors don't offer on the site?
These insights will help me to establish details for my research findings.

Customer Survey: ( Primary Research)
- Quantitative questions and qualitative questions : understand users behaviors and decisions
- 1 on 1 interview with friends : understand what they think about online shopping .

- Most of my participants are female from 18 - 44 years old and have jobs.
- Online and In-store experiences are equally interested by users.
- In-store shopping let users to make decision, no waiting for shipping, see the materials and don't have to worry about fitting.
- 75% of participants like to browse for clothes on their phones.
- Mirror needs to have great sizing system
